chefs with fresh ideas

A lot of the chefs hosting supper clubs with us are "sous", the engine rooms of professional kitchens, grinding out the menus devised by the head or exec chefs. We give them the opportunity to try out their own creations before they embark on their own culinary journeys...

Our toasties are going square with our brand-new square sourdough loaves. We bake to a specific recipe designed by our baker Louis (yes that is his real name) so that it toasts evenly and retains the filling & melts perfectly. We've gone square to guarantee that every bite has the perfect ratio of bread/cheese/filling.
