Our toasties are going square with our brand-new square sourdough loaves. We bake to a specific recipe designed by our baker Louis (yes that is his real name) so that it toasts evenly and retains the filling & melts perfectly. We've gone square to guarantee that every bite has the perfect ratio of bread/cheese/filling.
